A dietitian and dance instructor hailing from Houston, Texas, Cynthia Orobio has appeared on Telemundo, Univision, FOX, ABC, NBC, WGN along with many other media outlets and publications. A first-generation Colombian American that focuses on the importance of a healthy nutrition through food and exercise. Her passion for Latin culture has made her prominent figure in the Hispanic community of Chicago. Cynthia has taught salsa/bachata dance classes to hundreds of students. Her unique approach will turn you into a Salsa expert overnight!

Cynthia has also participated in many events including Chicago, Gourmet, Inspired Home Show, NRA Show, Ravinia Events, Charleston Wine & Food and an array of cooking classes.

In 2020 Phillipe and his wife Cynthia created the very first fusion of Polish-Colombian food in the world called Polombia! Located in Chicago's thriving West Loop, it has been the fabric of the Windy City's vast diversity and culturally rich destination. Polombia has garnered recognition by both the Polish and Colombian communities along with locals and tourists alike! Known for their Emparogi, Kiełbasa and Areaps has become a staple of Chicago cuisine. In 2024 Polombia began its partnership with MLBs' Chicago White Sox as a concession stand.
