Event Overview
Learn the very basics of manipulating a hoop. Keep a hoop up around your waist, wiggle it up and down, and learn some simple off body tricks and transitions. Hoops will be provided but feel free to bring your own! You will also have the opportunity to purchase hoops to take home on site.
