Event Overview

Do you make an amazing product that's turning from a hobby into a business?

Whether you're a soapmaker, home brewer, or sewing enthusiast, I'll teach you how to use the tips and tricks from big factories to set up your workshop and keep it running smoothly. This is a private 1:1 session so you can be comfortable asking questions and diving into the details. We'll focus on getting you the basics of how to run a small manufacturing space and keep things running in a way that's safe, efficient, and organized so your business grows.

After working with big companies to optimize factory operations, Kate started a thriving manufacturing business in Chicago. You'll be on-site inside the studio space to learn best practices outside the classroom in a working factory. Focus on filling orders, buying raw materials, keeping the studio safe and clean, and more.
