Event Overview

Here's a little boost to help you keep your resolution!

In this class you will go through an aerobic circuit, strength conditioning exercises, and a stretching routine. Every exercise will have variable difficulty levels to accommodate anyone in the class. Whether you need help losing weight, training for an adventure race, or just wanna feel energized in the morning there's a spot for you in the class. All of these exercises can be done with minimal or no equipment so that you can take the knowledge home with you and continue to work out on your own. or you can come back any time you want to exercise with a group.

What to Bring

Comfortable Shoes, a towel if you sweat as much as I do, a clean bill of health, and a bottle of water (though there is water available at the studio)

What's Provided

Besides inside jokes and some sweat on your brow I'll make sure everyone leaves with an exercise cheat sheet for home use!

Gloria Mwez is a Chicago dancer, choreographer, and fitness instructor. In her fitness classes she shares information learned from life as a soccer player turned professional dancer. She's lead group exercise classes for a variety of people ranging from intensely athletic dancers and stunt professionals to exercise-averse beginners. Gloria currently performs with Matter Dance Company Chicago, teaches at Glenwood Dance Studio, coaches for Fear Experiment (of Mac n Cheese Productions), and does 101 other performance-related activities in Chicago.
