Event Overview

Celebrities always look great - and with good reason.  They have stylists to make sure they are on trend and look perfect.  Luckily, you do not have to be JLo, Beyonce, Gwyneth Paltrow, or Cate Blanchett, to have a stylist or personal shopper work for you!  In this class, a Chicago stylist and personal shopper will teach you about 2017 spring fashion trends, and how YOU can pull them off!  Yes, you can wear that - regardless of your weight, height, or age.  You also will find out where to shop for the best deals on fashionable pieces.

The class will start with a short presentation, where you will learn about the "it" spring colors and styles, and how to adapt them so that they work for you - your body, your complexion, your age, your lifestyle.  You will get tips and tricks for shopping.  You also will get a handy stylebook to use both in class and to guide you as you shop.  Then it's off to the stores to shop for your favorite trends, with the stylist/shopper right by your side.  Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking around the Loop, and be prepared to buy some trendy pieces that will make a statement!  Join us!  It's going to be loads of fashion fun!

I thought the class was very informative. The class format was relaxed and the instruction was thoughtful and seamless. I especially appreciated the manual provided as a guide for the instructional presentation and as future reference material. As part of both the instruction and personal shopping, the teacher assisted us with identifying our body type as well as gave great insight as to what styles and colors will work best for us. These were just a few of many impressive takeaways from my overall experience!

Loved this class! Instructor was knowledgeable and very stylish with a great sense of color. She provided useful information about how to dress for your body type. At the end of class, I new what the latest trends are and how to adapt those trends to my body type. After shopping with our instructor I purchased items that added color to my wardrobe. This class was just what I needed to update my look without spending a fortune. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is tired of their current look or buying the same old thing.
