For over 14 years, Lori has been personal chef and caterer in the Chicago land area. She has mainly focused on teaching others that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or variety. Her travels and food "nerdy-ness" has influenced her variety and adventurous classes in the kitchen.
