Event Overview

In this introductory semi-private training session, Dabblers will learn from Chicago Kettlebell Club President & Competitor Bea Rodriguez how  to use kettlebells to get fit and strong.

We'll cover how to properly and safely execute the basic building blocks of Kettlebell exercises. You'll walk away with a great workout, and learn how to compete in kettlebell sport or lift for general fitness.

Male, female, novice or advanced - this semi-private training session is for you. Each session is limited to 3 people.


4-session series: Mondays at 5:30pm or 6:30pm

About Coach Bea
Certified by IKFF as Kettlebell Teacher Level 2, by IKSFA as Kettlebell Sport Coach Level 2, and by Ice Chamber Athletic Performance, Bea is the Founder and President of Chicago Kettlebell Club, where she enjoys coaching kettlebell sport athletes. A kettlebell sport competitor, she has earned Candidate for Master of Sport (CMS) in One-Arm Long Cycle (Clean & Jerk), Rank 1 in Two-Arm Long Cycle, and Rank 1 in Snatch. She has taken complete beginners and seasoned athletes new to the sport to successfully compete in various venues in the nation. She believes in the power of kettlebell sport to positive transform the individual; and when individuals transform themselves, they have the capacity to help transform the world.
