This class moves through a number of different types of meditation and mindfulness practices to support you in deepening your personal practice whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner. Come together with others, to sit, breath, explore and journey within, exercising an inner yoga to stretch the mind, heart and consciousness into great love, compassion, peace, poise and power.
