Meditation is a way to move beyond the mind’s stress-inducing thoughts and emotional turmoil into peace and positive thinking. The variety of meditation techniques, traditions, and technologies is nearly infinite, but the essence of meditation is singular: the cultivation of mindful awareness and expanded consciousness. Smile Meditation is one of those simple arts that can be mastered with little direction. Here you will learn to bring positivity in your life and how it helps you and your loved ones move towards a more productive life. You will not just find the fun in doing this but you will find your peace within, with a smile. Even a child can do this simple technique.
Here are just a few of the benefits
• Meditation mitigates the effects of the “fight-or-flight” response, decreasing the production of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline
• Decreases blood pressure and hypertension
• Lowers cholesterol levels
• More efficient oxygen use by the body
• Increased production of the anti-aging hormone DHEA
• Restful sleep
