Smile Meditation is one of those simple arts that can be mastered with little direction. Here you will learn to bring positivity in your life and how it helps you and your loved ones move towards a more productive life. You will not just find the fun in doing this but you will find your peace within, with a smile. Even a child can do this simple technique.

Navrung Expression founder Smita Shah believes that stress is the root cause of many health issues, and that Smile meditation can help resolve it. As a cosmetologist and alternative healing practitioner, she leads MindYog seminars, which aim to teach pupils how to communicate with their bodies through meditation. The sessions aim to relieve bodies of daily stress in order to bring positivity in your physical and spiritual self. She holds certification in Reflexology, stress managment, Acupressure, Aroma Therapy and Sujok. She is also a henna tatooist who has been practicing her art for more than 35 years.
