If you've been feeling stressed lately. You are not alone. Over 75% of Americans feel stressed. If you've been trying to destress and self-care Sunday isn't cutting it, this session will introduce stress reduction techniques anyone can use.


This 1.5 class is an introduction to Stress Relief Techniques. During this session, we will practice and be introduced to:

*Mindful breathing
*Guided relaxation 
*Quick tips for essential oils

This session is in a small group setting to help participants ask questions and engage. Upon arrival, please check in at the tablet at the front desk as a guest of Melissa Leger.

Mindful Yoga Chicago is for reluctant yogis and meditators who are interested in learning more about yoga and mindfulness is a practical and secular way.

Mindful Yoga Chicago is led by Melissa Leger, Melissa Leger, E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® and MBSR Level 1 Instructor. Melissa has been teaching yoga for over 6 years and incorporates mindfulness, aromatherapy, and other complementary tools into each of her sessions.
