Pierogi making class with a girl & her food and her Babcia (Polish for Grandmother)
Dabblers will watch a demonstration on how to make perfect pierogi dough and hand pinch dumplings filled with traditional "Ruskie", or Russian filling (potato & cheese) and how to dress them. We will conclude the class with Pierogi cooking and of course eating!
There will be hands on cooking and dough rolling involved, so wear appropriate clothes or bring an apron!
