Event Overview

This is a multi-session class series. By purchasing the class package, you agree to sign up for all class dates included.

Learn to make hand-formed keepsake ceramic boxes in a two-class series.

Class Session 1: February 11, 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Instruction in Coil, Slab and Pinch Clay Techniques, Surface Embellishments to Enhance the Creation of your Boxes.

Class Session 2: February 18th, 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Explore the Creative World of Glazes and Post-Fire Embellishments to Finish and Personalize your Keepsake Boxes.

Bring your friends for a fun night out. All materials are included, and we will find your inner child that loved to play with clay. Teacher instruction and demo starts the classes, and then there will be free time to explore your creative side.

This class is BYOB, so as a friendly reminder, no children please!

Beth is a Chicago artist, and her her studio is located in Chicago's Near North Neighborhood of Roscoe Village at the Cornelia Arts Building... a short walk from the Addison or Paulina Brown Line... and easy street parking.

Be prepared to have fun with new and old friends and learn hand building ceramic techniques from her years of experience that will help you create keepsake ceramics for years to come.
