Spring Aromatherapy Class
TOP RATED
Education
Aromatherapy is the study of plants and their essential oils, with a focus on how they can be used for a variety of therapeutic purposes. It is the ancient practice of using plant oils for health and wellbeing. Using the distilled oils from roots, leaves and flowers, aromatherapists promote physical and psychological wellness. As we explore the properties of the essential oils used in Aromatherapy, we can follow the seasons of the year as they correlate to the symbolic seasons of the soul. Spring is the season of optimism and new beginnings. It is the time to clear away the old and begin anew.
Spring Aromatherapy will include the essential oils and the aromatherapeutic qualities of Lemongrass, Juniper Berry, Bergamot, Geranium, and Eucalyptus. In this Spring class, we will use these essential oils to clear and cleanse, release negativity, manifest hope, connect to the feminine, and discover inspiration.
Participants will take home samples of the essential oils along with practices and recipes for mixtures. In addition, class members will take home body and air sprays and a body oil they have chosen and created.
And, of course, complimentary pink champagne!
