Event Overview
The beginning of the year is a fresh start that is typically filled with a lot of hope and optimism, leading us to set resolutions with excitement. But then things get in the way of reaching our health-related goals leading to frustration and falling off track or giving up. This happens when we don’t have a plan in place, the resolution is built around deprivation or we sabotage our efforts when we give ourselves permission to do things we think we shouldn’t.
If you can relate, then this interactive session will guide you on identifying attainable goals for 2016, creating a plan to help reach your health and wellness goals and incorporating self-care into your life, no matter how much time you have. You’ll walk away with a personalized guide, in addition to tips to help you stick to your healthier lifestyle.

After successfully losing 60 pounds and working through her own emotional relationship with food, Laura recognizes there are many factors keeping individuals from sticking to what they know works. It’s her mission to help others overcome these factors to become healthier and happier.
