Event Overview
In this session, you will take a close look at how and from what priorities you are currently living your life and how this matches up with the true goals you have for yourself, how you want to live, and uncovering where your health lies. You will then discover ways to finally shift your focus and priorities so that you can step in to the healthy life that you deserve and have been wanting.
Techniques will include re-prioritizing, goal and intention setting, and visualization.
Paper, pen, and a space of love and healing will be provided.
