Private sewing lessons are a great way to master your sewing skills quickly! Whether you are a beginner, or have a project that you're working on, you can book as many hours as you'd like, and add more later!  We recommend that you book at least 2 hours/session.  Please email Marie at trixyxchange@gmail.com after you purchase your hours to schedule your private lesson(s). MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hi! I'm Marie! I've been designing clothing for over 15 years! When I'm not making crazy, awesome things for www.TrixyXchange.com, I like to teach others how to let their creativity flow. I'm always amazed at the ideas that my students come up with, and find that they in turn, inspire me as well!

Marie was awesome! I learned a lot during our 2-hour class. She focused on the things that I wanted to learn and shared her tips and tricks that make sewing easier. She paid close attention to the fact that I am a semi-beginner (I made a garment before but didn't like the result) and taught me well how to start from a pattern guide to creating patterns, how to deal in case there are issues encountered with a sewing machine, tools needed to make the job easy and sewing techniques to get better results. I'm happy to have taken this class and excited to start my next project..
