Event Overview

"I would use Twitter but I have nothing interesting to say."

Be Interesting on Twitter is not a class about accumulating followers, selling products, or knowing what buttons to press. The focus of this session will be how to become a more captivating short-form writer. Students can expect to walk away with a clearer understanding of how to cultivate your Twitter voice, engage followers, and most importantly ... say things on Twitter that are shareable and unique amongst the flowing river of information most people see.

The class will be beneficial to novices and heavy users, as it ultimately is intended to improve everyone's writing when communicating in short-form.

**I taught this class last year, and it was a hit so I'm doing it again.**

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Len has been on Twitter since 2007. He did a year of comedy writing at Second City. He also runs a very popular parody account that is a secret. He taught this class last year and was asked to do it again. This time around he's going to bring a lot of new examples and "learnings." <--That's not a real word, he thinks.

Great class! Short and sweet, but very helpful, informative, and entertaining. Len is an awesome teacher with great insight and experience on the topic of Twitter. He was genuinely helpful and passionate about the subject. The value of this class far exceeds the cost--I would recommend it to anyone on social media (i.e. 99% of Chicagoans.)
