Event Overview

In the world of business, there's a 3-Step checklist that all aspiring entrepreneurs must follow if they're looking to start a company:

1. Come up with industry-disrupting business idea
2. Form your business entity
3. Make $$$$$$$$$

This Dabble workshop aims to help you sort out the ever-important step two.

Students will first learn about how to select the right business entity. We'll get into the nitty-gritty details of how to decipher between LLC & Inc, and learn which title is right for your budding business.

Then we'll learn how to save you some money to get established and recognized by the state. Learn exactly how to create your own Illinois corporation or LLC on your own (without shelling out the big bucks to a 3rd party service!) and receive sample documents that will give your entity life after it is created.

Then, with steps 1 and 2 out of the way, you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor with step 3. Onward!

This is a great class. Clint is very thorough, knows the subject matter inside and out, and provides lots of handouts. He explains the legal, financial, and reporting aspects of sole proprietorships, LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. I highly recommend this class for anyone considering forming a company.
