Event Overview

I've raised $100,000's from Angels- and let me tell you, it's a trip!
Join me for a informative and engaging discussion about what it takes, what to avoid, and how to make it happen.

New ideas take time and money to become established. For many, the route to profit requires cash injections from outside investors. Yet for the inexperienced, the power seems to belong to those with the capital.

Before you start considering "venture capital," you'll need to raise "Angel capital." Angels are a class of investor who use their personal capital to make investments (usually between $5,000 and $100,000) in new ventures.

In this class, I will teach you:
- where to find angel investors and what you should look for in an investor
- what Angels look for in an entrepreneur, their business plan, and pitch
- how you can structure the deal
- what kind of equity makes sense
- how to make sure you are protected throughout the entire process

Learning the language of angel investment takes time and dedication. If you are serious, this is a great place to start or hone your skills.

You will leave the class with template documents and real world examples from my own business. If you are working on a big idea, you'll probably need to take on investors. Let me share with you what I've spent years learning.
