While receiving a B.S. Physics degree from U of Illinois at Chicago, Arash Amini started a Think Tank to research and develop emerging business concepts for the Chicagoland market. Out of this framework, 312 Aquaponics LLC (312ap.com) was ideated and developed. 312 Aquaponics was funded to design, construct, and operate the most advanced indoor aquaponic system in America.

Arash has since started a new company called FarmTower Co. that installs custom indoor farms. He is also interested in the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship in general and can be found teaching classes on Dabble.co and speaking at forums.

Arash has spoken on Fox Chicago, CBS Chicago, Fox Business Channel, WGN Chicago; his works have been mentioned by Mayor Emanuel; And Arash has spoken at regional Economic Development Conferences on Innovation and Green Construction- in 2011 he became “The Mayor” on Chicago’s 2012BudgetIdeas.com.
