Event Overview

AcroYoga blends the practice of Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Come learn to balance on new friends in a safe and supportive environment.

We'll guide you through asana to warm up in our bodies and build strength together to fly!! After we learn the basics of AcroYoga, we'll cool it down and share a short Thai Massage sequence that will leave your body feeling brand new. No previous experience or partner necessary. Expect to walk away with a better sense of balance and communication, fun partner workout exercises, and a re-defined way to play!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Paula has been practicing and studying both yoga and AcroYoga since 2009. Combined, both practices continue to teach her about patience and how to be a better person. She became a Certified Yoga and AcroYoga teacher in March and November of 2013, respectively. You’ll find that through sharing her practice she cultivates a space to foster freedom, growth, and strength of the body and mind . Paula continues to study yoga, bodywork, and acrobatics as often as she can and is grateful for the teachers that have guided her in her path. Though she may be petite, she is probably one of the strongest vegan women you’ll ever meet.
