Anyone new to or curious about vinyasa yoga will benefit from this workshop, as will anyone who already practices vinyasa yoga but wants more knowledge about alignment and transitions.
During the beginning of the workshop we will break down each pose, allowing you to move more freely, go deeper into poses and prevent injury. This part is interactive, so if you have questions, feel free to ask.
During the second part of the workshop we will use what we learned at the beginning to move through a slow flowing vinyasa class.
All ages welcome

Jennifer Diamond began practicing yoga 16 years ago while finishing her doctoral program in clinical psychology. A long time student of Eastern philosophy and religion, Jennifer found yoga to be the missing piece tying together the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of human experience. But mostly she likes yoga because it's fun and she's happiest when she is on her mat. Jennifer completed her 200 hour training at Global Yoga and Wellness in Chicago
