Event Overview

Join Athleta and Fit Pro Monica Bright for a myofascial release class to relax and recharge after the Chicago Marathon, or just for a nice end-of-the-week treat! Myofascial release is a technique used to unwind and rehydrate the fascial system that courses through your body. Without fascia your muscles would not be held together, connect to each other or attach to your skeleton.


With the use of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls you'll release congestion, hydrate & repair muscle tissue with fresh blood, and aid in recovery from strenuous workouts. Look forward to recovering from the marathon with conscious exercise, mindful movement and self massage. Monica is a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher. Please bring your own mat and water bottle!
