Stress and De-Stress weekly in March with this yoga class geared for ALL LEVELS. Sign up includes all four classes each Thursday in the month of March. Class size will be limited so each person can get individual attention, yoga pose progressions and personal goal attainment.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Megan walked into her first yoga class when she was a freshman in high school. After hopping in and out of classes for years, she began a consistent practice in 2015 when she discovered the space it gave her to calm her busy mind. As a teacher, she hopes to help her students find that same space, whether it’s in their minds, their bodies, or to just provide more calming days. Megan teaches a variety of styles, though her personal favorite to practice is power vinyasa. She is passionate about her teaching and always works to make class fun and accessible for all of her students.
