The good news? They can! In this class, Dabblers will explore the entire process of making a cupcake that is both gluten free & vegan. This class will cover how to choose the right recipes, modify ingredients, bake and decorate delicious cupcakes that fit within your dietary restrictions.
Whether you're gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian or just curious on how to create a different kind of cupcake, this class is for you! All ingredients and equipment will be provided and participants will go home with one dozen cupcakes that they mixed, baked and decorated.
Ashley is owner of Sugar Mama Bakeshop and has been baking for as long as she can remember. She realized she was dairy and gluten intolerant almost 5 years ago and started modifying recipes. She's created many gluten free & vegan recipes that she is very proud of and started selling her own sweet treats about 2 years ago. Sugar Mama Bakeshop is growing quickly and my cookies, cupcakes, muffins and breads can be found in coffee shops and farmer's markets in Denver as well as online.
