Event Overview
It’s easy to get into a sourdough rut of making the same loaf of bread over and over again. It’s time to make the sourdough work a little bit harder. If you’d like to find some new ways to use your starter, this is the class for you!
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to use sourdough starter in all kinds of baked goods, including English muffins, crackers and brioche. You’ll also learn how to create, maintain and use different flavored starters and how to use sourdough starter to make a variety of seasoning blends that can be added to all of your cooking and baking projects.
You’ll leave class with recipes, hands-on experience and plenty of ideas, inspiration and new ways to incorporate sourdough into all of your baked goods, plus you’ll take home:
- English muffins
- Brioche
- Crackers
- Sweet and savory flavored sourdough starters
- Sourdough seasoning blends
