Quality coffee, proper tools of the trade, and the sciencey stuff are a few of the variables that go into a great cup-a-joe. Christoper Ibeling
Christopher Ibeling is a Homo sapiens, an early twenty-first-century twenty-something year old who occupies most of his time in a continuous, self-defeating conflict concerning the best way to not waste a life. Within that search he has found a strong affinity for coffee and a strong desire to find other like-minded homo sapiens with whom he can share ideas. The greater part of his adult life he has been making coffee for more than a handful of cafés and along the way he has picked up a number of tricks of the trade.
It was a great experience - learned a lot and had fun doing it. And my at home coffee really does taste better...
