Event Overview

Herbal wines are sure to bring your taste buds a burst of pleasure. My Grandpa Matt used to make Dandelion wine in Iowa on the family farm, so naturally I developed a 'genetic' interest in herbal wines. I have been experimenting with herbal wine infusions for several years, look forward to sharing some of my favorite recipes with you, and invite you to discover the healthy pleasures of herbal wine infusions!

During the class, you will...
- Indulge in a flight of 4 hand crafted herbal wine infusions
- Create your own organic herbal wine blend to infuse
- Learn about the properties of various herbs that are great for pairing in wine
- Bring a bottle of your choice of wine to the class to make your own, or simply take home the kit and choose your wine to add to your herbs when you get home!
