Event Overview

There's good, and then there's sauce-dripping-out-the-sides-of-your-mouth-because-you-dropped-your-napkin-10-minutes-ago-and-haven't-been-able-to-stop-eating-to-pick-it-up good. And when it comes to eating Italian, frankly, the meal isn't worth it unless it's the latter.

Back slowly away from the cans and boxes in your pantry and run to this Dabble class, because we're making fresh from the farm Ravioli. We'll combine a few simple ingredients (like, you guessed it: flour, eggs and ricotta) to make our own ravioli, and make a homemade sauce with a summer-twist to pour on top.

After we're done cooking, we'll sit around and eat our meal together like one big Italian family ... glasses of vino in hand for authenticity. After class, DiFranco's sauces and other fresh Italian products will be available for purchase, so you can recreate this meal again, to impress party guests and the pickiest of eaters.
