Welcome to beginners and anyone wanting to start playing in the fun world of hooping! This workshop will cover all you need to know to start your hooping off right, starting with on body basics and ending in clean cardio repetition to grow your flow! Don’t be afraid and come learn with us in this beginner workshop!
