Event Overview

Love Kombucha but hate dropping $3 a bottle to satiate your cravings and probiotics needs? Let's learn to make Kombucha at home! I want to prove to you that it's economical, fun, tasty and really the live culture that keeps on giving.

What we will do in this class:
- Discover the basics of Kombucha (history, use, health properties, current popularity)

- Walk away a bona fide Kombucha King or Queen ready to brew your first batch (and second and third...)

What this class includes:

I took Lauren's Kombucha Tea class in November. It was a great morning of learning about the history of Kombucha but the highlight was getting a recipe and a SCOBY to take home to make my own. I'm thrilled to report that I'm on my third batch and am really enjoying my new hobby! Thanks Lauren!

    From Teacher:

That is so wonderful to hear Liz! If you're on batch 3, you'll certainly get to batch 30 and 300 - congrats on becoming a kombucha brewer! Great to have you as part of my class.

Great class! The process seemed very intimidating to me before the class, but after Lauren's class, I'm feeling pretty good about making my 1st batch of kombucha!

    From Teacher:

Alicia, your participation was welcomed and enjoyed! Can't wait to hear how your first batch turns out.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking Lauren's class. Learning about the brewing process as well as the history of Kombucha made for a very enjoyable morning. I will be able to save money by making my own Kombucha at home.

    From Teacher:

Such kind words Sarah! Thanks for coming and spreading the word.
