Event Overview
Start the new year off right with some time out for yourself. Learn some tips and tricks to take care of yourself, even amidst the busiest of schedules. Spend 90 minutes with Jen and learn more about the benefits of self-massage and body brushing, create your own elixir using essential oils, practice breath control to calm the nervous system, and learn mantras to recite during meditation. This session will include learning which mini yoga sequence is best for waking up or preparing for sleep, and you will take home a tennis ball massager, essential oil spray, and a gratitude journal. Come hang out with your yoga community, and cultivate the best you for 2017!
Walk-ins are welcome ($35), but registration prior to January 14 gets you a self-care kit! Cancellation requires 24-hour advance notice for a full refund.

We're a Denver yoga studio built around community and we're hoping to give you a space that is authentic and welcoming. Nothing intimidating, just great teachers that are excited to share their love of yoga with you. We offer numerous styles of yoga so your practice never gets old. Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, just to name a few. So come with an open mind and we'll provide the rest.
We have a shower, rental mats, all the props you could need, and space for you and your best yoga bud.
