Event Overview

A cornucopia of wild edible plants is all around us – we just need to step back and open our eyes.

Tasty, wholesome, and FREE wild foods are the focus of this Dabble class, which will teach students the basics of urban foraging and whole foods eating. We'll be taking a virtual plant walk that covers all four seasons, learning about an abundance of edible flowers, plants, weeds and berries found in your own backyard and in the city around you.

Tips and resources for identification and wild food preparation will be provided, and tasty samples of some summer-fare will be offered after class, so you can taste the bounties of the wild plants around you!
