Hello Chocolate lovers!
Treat yourself and maybe a friend or loved one with this delicious and fun class for Valentine’s Day!
In this hands-on chocolate truffle making class (limit 12), you will make a box of chocolate truffles to take home with you using locally sourced, high-end chocolate! You will also get a chance to learn all about chocolate and truffle making from the award-winning San Francisco chocolatier Michael Benner.
Class fee includes a short course on truffle making with a live demonstration. Have fun with chocolatier Michael Benner with a glass of wine and some chocolate as he discusses high-end couverture and chocolate tempering while he creates a dark chocolate ganache in front of your eyes! Then be prepared to get your hands “dirty” with chocolate as you spend an hour creating your own chocolate truffle collection!
Plus, all registered students of this class will receive a one-time 10% discount on Michael's Chocolates available after the class as well as exclusive Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars from our gracious host Janell and Olive This Olive That. Discounts only available at the time of the class.

Michael Benner is an award winning chocolatier based in San Francisco. He has studied chocolate with master chocolatiers in Canada and in the U.S. He has a deep passion for high-end, delicious chocolates and loves sharing his knowledge and skills with students young and old! Michael is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has been in the restaurant and wine industry for over 20 years.
