Learn how to screen print!
To begin you will be shown multiple prints from the archives and discuss the process and some history of the medium in fine art. You will learn how to create stencils, using hand drawn and cut out methods, expose a photo emulsion based screen and print both the cut out stencil screen and the photo emulsion based screen in class.
You will be able to try your hand at printing during the course and take home a two color print from class that you printed yourself! Get hands on tips and knowledge from your instructors as they walk you through the process from start to finish. Your print masters will guide you into the wonderful and magical world of screen printing!
