Note: This is a multi-session event series. By purchasing the event package, you acknowledge that you can attend all event dates included below.Dive in to screen printing head first! This 2 day weekend intensive workshop is great for first timers or experienced printers. You will learn the process start to finish, and some new and more experimental techniques will also be demonstrated.
Students, with the instructors guidance, will then come up with a project or projects to complete for the workshop. This can range from traditional editions, to mono prints, to mixed media. The weekend will be fun and full of creativity and is welcoming towards experimentation. All students will be completing many prints by the end of the weekend.
The class size is very small so you will be getting a lot of personal attention and specific training from your instructor.

Hilary Williams first learned the screen printing process at California College of the Arts where she received her BA in Printmaking in 2002. She is a recipient of the Yozo Hamaguchi scholarship and the prestigious Trillium Prize. She has specialized and worked in this medium ever since first discovering it. Hilary currently creates many limited edition fine art screen prints that show in galleries through out the greater Bay Area and west coast. Hilary has been teaching screen printing workshops since 2010 and also teaches online at Creativebug.com.
