FACT: Even if all you have is a landing page, a professional headshot and well-written bio are a MUST for converting potential clients.

FACT: You can use the same headshot and bio across platforms (think LinkedIn, Facebook, and more) for consistent branding and to reach the widest audience possible.

FACT: These services are more affordable than you think!

On Friday, August 10, sign up for a one-hour appointment with portrait photographer Leandra Blei and ghostwriter Jess Hagemann of Cider Spoon Stories. Jess will 'interview' you one-on-one to get all the important details about your life and work history, then Leandra will stage and shoot some beautiful headshots.

Within two weeks of your appointment, you'll receive an approximately 250-word bio and 2 web-sized, lightly-retouched, high-quality digital images that you can use to promote yourself and your business. (Note: You will choose your images onsite the day of the shoot. Additional printable image files will be made available for purchase.)

It's the perfect way to launch, refresh, or re-brand your small business just in time for the busy fall season!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Sessions are held at Leandra's photography studio in South Austin. Her address will be emailed a few days before your appointment.

What can I bring into the event?

Portraits will be shot against a white backdrop. Wear an outfit that reflects the tone you want to project for your business. Solid colors and simple designs work better than loud patterns. Freshly-styled hair and makeup (if applicable) and thoughtful accessories are icing on the cake. Jess will happily accept a copy of your resume and a list of awards or other notable achievements if applicable. (But if you don't have these, don't worry! They're not critical.)

What else do I need to know?

Leandra will ask you to sign a simple model release the day of your appointment.

What's the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final; however, if you cannot attend for whatever reason, you may transfer your ticket's value to a friend. Just email Jess at ciderspoon@gmail.com the name of the person who will be attending in your stead.
