Event Overview

Whether you prefer your Vietnamese spring rolls fresh, we can all agree they are both super tasty. In this experience, we'll be learning to make the fresh goi cuon rolls translated to literally mean salad rolls. 

Chef CK Lo, Chef & Manager of Enso Sushi, located in Wicker Park, welcomes everyone to come out and celebrate the beginning of spring by making these easy to prepare rolls. These rolls are traditionally made with shrimp, but if you prefer, we'll have vegetarian-friendly seitan available or you can simply omit both in your roll.
