Event Overview

Design, fold, sew, and bind your very own hardcover sketchbook! Learn how to build from scratch a book, sewing together pages and constructing a professional hardcover to incapsulate your thoughts, sketches, dreams, and occasional grocery list. This one-day workshop will provide all the materials and instruction on creating a hand-made book of your own.

Additional materials (specific paper/ ribbon/ book cloth/ etc.) can be brought in by Dabblers but are not required. Dabblers are welcome to bring snacks to the event.

Teacher was well prepared, had everything we needed, was flexible and responsive to each person's ability and pace of learning. She made it fun, the time flew by and we all left with magnificent books - as a journal, sketch book - or gift for a friend.
