Event Overview

This fun class is a "two-fer" - learn how to cast cement AND make candles!

Enjoy the outdoors and beat the buggers this summer with your own personalized citronella candles.

This class will teach you how to cast cement into quick-setting candle holders (using colorants and aggregates of your choosing) that can later be reused as small planters. Students will then fill their pots with heated wax and essential oils they mix themselves.

Each student will leave with one larger three-wick candle and one smaller votive.

All materials will be provided. Class is BYOB.

Location is in Wicker Park about three blocks from the Damen Blue Line stop. Street parking is free and non-permit.
