Adam is the Owner of The Pursuit Supply Company & our house coffee roaster. He hasn't been roasting coffee for a super long but has been enjoying it for decades. He roasts several times a week in our store and can get you going making great coffee.
Had a great time learning from the instructor. He was very engaged and responsive to our questions. Roasting can be quite fun. No fancy roaster was used, just your basic do it at home and roaster. Again, very informational and definitely worth the $25. Also get to take your own small batch of Peruvian coffee home,
