This Pursuit Supply Company workshop is taught by Gerri Fernandez who’s been a photographer for over 10 years and has a B.A. in Photography. She loves all things film and camera related and is a die-hard analog fan. Not one to use elaborate setups or post-production techniques, Gerri will teach you how to capture captivating images with natural light and your SLR. Get ready for a fun-filled day of firm but loving attention and learning how to make striking images with minimal kit.

In this experience, you will learn how to get the most out of the existing lighting conditions, and how to adjust your camera for the best shot in each situation. Gerri will also talk about the correct film choices for this analog focused class. Lastly, you will cover how to interact with your subject, making them comfortable and getting the most from them to make that unforgettable portrait.

This class is great for beginners looking for some tips to bring their photographs to the next level. The class will be tailored to each individual student's skill level.

What to Bring

You need to bring your own working 35mm film or instant camera.
