We had a large group of varying ages from young to older and the two teachers Deaunata and LA were AMAZING! I should start off by saying that Firebird was very responsive to all of my questions (and I had many) and worked with scheduling our large group over a holiday weekend at a time that worked for us all. We have done many hands on experiences as a large group and this by far surpassed any of them. The teachers were very patient, reviewing safety measures and explaining the process of what was involved. Even though there were younger participants, the teachers helped to guide and support them while safely enabling them to still be hands on with their own unique creations. The paperweights came out stunning!!!! We are looking forward to the next time we can schedule another opportunity with Firebird when all of us are together again!!!!

I booked this Dabble class for myself and my partner. Our teacher, Chiontea, was very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. Chiontea made this experience accessible and took time to tell us about the process and how the glass interacted with the heat. My partner and I had a very enjoyable experience and I hope to take another class with Chiontea at Firebird Community Arts soon!
