Event Overview

Shakshouka (Arabic: شكشوكة : šakšūkah, also spelled shakshuka or chakchouka) is a Maghrebi dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion, and garlic, commonly spiced with cumin, paprika and cayenne

t's loaded with flavor, from earthy cumin and paprika to roasty tomatoes and peppers, to sharp and salty feta. The addition of potatoes in my version of shakshuka makes it extra satisfying. Just add some bread on the side, and maybe a green salad, and you've got a quick, easy, and healthy meal!

I found the meal to be the most satisfying meal, I ever had!   Really the Class is to introduce my love of spice and eggs, and to discuss it with many foodies.   I have learned to tweak spice to suit my many moods and I would love to share the knowledge with fellow foodies.

Of course the class is Virtual and a flat fee of $20.00 to cover the admin and setup will get us communicating.  The supply list is provided at payment online.

Thank You Fellow Foodies for helping me build a great community!
