Marchetti Fresco is partnering with Pisolino, one of Chicago's hottest new restaurants, to offer a private cooking class. Chef James De Marte and his much buzzed about restaurant hav ebeen featured on Check Please!, in the Chicago Tribune, and most recently written up in Steve Dolinksy's new book: Pizza City, USA. Chef James is opening his kitchen to you to teach you his recipes and techniques for the perfect pasta, pizza and Italian desserts. Chef James De Marte has quite a pedigree from the famed Le Francais, to 10 years in Italy curating these amazing skills. Guests will have the opportunity to get hands-on, ask questions and have an interactive experience with Chef James. What an opportunity!! Even better, we'll all sit down in his charming restaurant to eat and enjoy everything we made. Join us!!
