Introduce your child to the great sport of jump roping! This 60 minute class will teach children the basics of jump roping-let's get those feet moving! Children should be at least 5 years old and be accompanied by an adult. Both child and adult will have an opportunity to learn jump roping and have some fun together!
We will learn:
Basic jump
Side swing
A few fancy tricks for your feet
We will be learning single rope (how to jump rope by yourself) and depending on the class size and ages we may introduce double dutch!
Get outside, get some exercise and have some fun!
