Five years ago, Jessica Murnane’s major food groups were: Sour Patch Kids, Diet Coke, and Whatever Lean Cuisine Has Cheese On It. After a health condition became so severe she could barely make it out of bed and was faced with a major surgery, she changed her diet and her life changed. No longer in pain, she was able to avoid the surgery. She decided to learn as much as she could about how good food could change lives and help others. And after years of being scared of the kitchen, she even started cooking. And after all her studies and personal gains, she learned that change doesn’t have to be all or nothing…it’s about working through things one part at a time.

Jessica is the creator of wellness lifestyle jessicamurnane.com, the One Part Plant restaurant program, and the voice behind the popular podcast, One Part Podcast.
