Event Overview

Boost your olive oil saavy as we first taste and compare the flavors of oils from France, Spain and Italy then pair them in a extraordinary summer menu. We'll marinate tuna in oil for a salade nicoise, season a peppered rib eye steak, dress strawberries in vanilla-infused oil and bake a voluminous olive oil cake. (A limited number of bottles of the oils we sample in class will be available for sale.)

This class will be taught by Madelaine Bullwinkel, who in 2001 was honored by the Chicago Tribune with the Good Eating Award.

Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
