Event Overview

Discover spicy Moroccan sauces to cool the warmest summer nights. Learn to use Charmoula, Harissa, Ras al Hanout and Preserved Lemons in a variety of ways: Chicken and Chickpea Tagine with Apricots and Harissa, Grilled Vegetable Kebabs with Charmoula; Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Preserved Lemons, Coffee Ras el Hanout.

This class will be taught by Madelaine Bullwinkel, who in 2001 was honored by the Chicago Tribune with the Good Eating Award.

Refund/cancellation policy:
A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
