Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage with probiotics that equip your digestive system with the building blocks to feeling more energetic. In this class, Dabblers will learn to make Kombucha at home.
6-8 pm Brewery Tour - What is Kombucha?
8-9 pm In the Kitchen - Start your own Kombucha & learn brewing techniques
You will receive a basic brew kit and materials to start your own kombucha culture. Organic Sugar, Michigan Spring Water, wild harvested and organic teas will be provided. You will take home your first Kombucha baby along with instructions on what to expect, and an overview of the Kombucha brewing process.

Nathan Wyse is owner of Arize Kombucha and Founder of The Living Well Brewery, Nathan Wyse crafted the artisan process and developed the formulas and flavors that make up the brand of kombucha known as Arize. Nathan developed the product from start to finish - from what's in the bottle to the bottle it's in and the marketable traits that make up the unique flavor profiles. Nathan is responsible for coordinating every part of the business from production and sales to marketing, accounting, facility outfitting, regulation compliance and more.
